5.3 Clients are responsible for the behaviour of guests during events and any damage caused to our equipment or property.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Alta Luxia Photography takes all reasonable care in providing services, but we are not liable for:
Any loss, damage, or injury occurring during photography sessions, except as required by law.
Delays, cancellations, or other issues outside our reasonable control (e.g., weather, traffic, equipment failure).
6.2 Our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the affected service.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal information collected by Alta Luxia Photography is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1 Clients may request to cancel a booking by contacting us directly.
